It's been fifteen years since Bella and the Cullens all left Forks, and --even though they've all split up as a tentative precaution-- things really have been a "small but perfect piece of our forever".
Bella's been working her dream job. Edward's back in the medical field. Jacob is working as a proper mechanic. And Renesmee is working through her first time at High-School.
Things are going good. Things are easy. Edward might be a little distant sometimes... but that's okay.
Still... Bella just can't shake the feeling that something big is coming. When she finds Demetri --the Volturi's resident tracker-- in the otherside of her front door one day, she knows that, not only was she right, but also that some very big changes are coming.
